Ballerina’s special diet: lose 1 kg per day

The yogurt diet is great for people who consume dairy products with pleasure. Although, it is quite restrictive, it gives great results, but it is recommended not be held for more than five days.

The great thing about the yogurt diet is that it helps losing fat while keeping the muscle mass, while other diets do not give this benefit.

The star of this diet is obviously yogurt, but you can also eat grilled fish or lean meat. Sweets, alcoholic and soft drinks are totally banned and to maintain good health you should drink approximately two liters of water a day. Here’s daily menu, for a period of five days that guarantees losing one kg a day:

Day 1

Breakfast: a cup of yogurt (300 grams), a slice of toasted bread and a glass of fruit juice
Lunch: a cup of yogurt (300 grams), a slice of toasted bread and a portion of 200 grams of boiled fish or cooked by steaming
Dinner: a cup of yogurt (300 grams) and a slice of toasted bread

Day 2

Breakfast: a cup of yogurt (300 grams) and a slice of toasted graham bread
Lunch: a portion of 200 grams of grilled lean meat (chicken or turkey without skin), a cup of yogurt (300 grams) and two fruits
Dinner: graham bread roll and a cup of yogurt (300 grams)

Day 3

Breakfast: a cup of yogurt (300 grams), a slice of toasted bread and a glass of fruit juice
Lunch: a portion of 200 grams of grilled fish or cooked by steaming a cup of yogurt (300 grams) and a slice of toasted bread
Dinner: a cup of yogurt (300 grams) and a slice of toasted bread

Day 4

Breakfast: a cup of yogurt (300 grams) and a slice of toasted bread graham
Lunch: a cup of yogurt (300 grams), a portion of 200 grams of lean meat (chicken or turkey without skin) and two grilled fruits
Dinner: a serving of 200 grams of grilled fish and a graham bun
