Brushing the lips
After brushing your teeth, use your toothbrush to have beautiful lips. Choose a soft toothbrush that does not rub and do not press very hard. Brushing will remove dead skin cells and will make your lips smoother, but will also stimulate blood flow. For best results, use a dash of honey on the toothbrush. You can also use a scrub with sugar with a little water to gently rub the lips.
Cinnamon, cayenne pepper or peppermint essential oils are the best. They stimulate blood circulation and make your lips fuller, and also give them a beautiful pink color. Add a drop of essential oil to your lip balm and apply it whenever you want to instantly have full lips. Furthermore, your lips will have a pleasant aroma. Peppermint oil is refreshing for example, ideal for summer days.
There are some exercises that tone the facial muscles and make the lips fuller. You have to do these exercises daily, for at least a month, 3 times a week, in order to get results:
Whistle your favorite song for at least 5 minutes a day. It is a great exercise for your lips, as well as for your facial muscles.
Smiles and kisses
Keep your lips together and smile as wide as you can. Hold for 5 seconds and then put your lips in a kissing position. Keep the like that for 5 seconds, then do the smile exercise again. Repeat the exercise 20 times.
