Apple cider vinegar contains the solution to several beauty issues, including hair, skin and teeth. Used appropriately, vinegar may just be the answer to your problems. Here’s how to efficiently and accurately use apple cider vinegar in your benefit:
Combined with water, vinegar makes an excellent toning lotion for your skin. It cleans the skin of impurities and improves circulation, at the same time closing the pores due to its rich content of acetic acid and alpha-hydroxy acid. It instantly improves the skin’s aspect and gives shine.
It can also be used as a remedy for sunburns. Mix a cup of apple cider vinegar with 4 cups of water and apply the liquid obtained on the affected areas. It will help balance the skin’s PH and it will help heal and regenerate the damaged tissue, preventing the forming of painful and unaesthetic blisters that accompany sunburns.
Apple cider vinegar can also be used to speed up the healing of bruises. Apply a cotton disk soaked in vinegar directly on the bruise and this will heal faster. Keep the cotton disk on for a couple of minutes.
Due to its fungicidal proprieties, apple cider vinegar can also help treat dandruff. To get rid of dandruff, prepare a solution of equal parts of vinegar and water and rinse your hair and massage your scalp with it before using shampoo. You can also simply add a few drops of vinegar directly on the amount of shampoo you use while showering.
If you have smelly feet, apple cider vinegar can help with that, as well. Mix a cup of apple cider vinegar with 4 cups of water, in a basin, and soak your feet in for 15 minutes.
Replace mouth wash with vinegar and get whiter teeth! Rinse your mouth with it before brushing your teeth as normal, and you will see that the spots on your teeth will simply disappear. Of course, don’t use this method every time your brush your teeth because you might end up damaging your teeth’s enamel, due to the vinegar’s high acidity and corrosive proprieties. It’s enough to use this method once a week.
